• 6:30 AM – Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
• 7:15 AM - 10K Start
• 7:30 AM – 5K Start

• $40 (5K / 10K) / $45 (Virtual)
• Race-Day Registration (August 23): $40 (5K or 10K)

(NOTE: Race shirt size & availability only guaranteed for registrations made by August 11. Options are Womens Tank or Unisex T-shirt, and Youth Sizes are for T-Shirt.)

Be sure to bring extra cash to purchase additional merchandise race day.

• $20 for additional awareness tshirts (Grenade Heart Tshirts/Tanks are available in limited colors on registration page. **Limited inventory will be available at packet pickups and on event day as well.

AWARDS (5K & 10K)

• Overall Male & Female, Masters Male & Female, Grand Masters Male & Female

• Male & Female Age Groups: Runners 9 & Under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 & Over
  
  All 5K & 10K finishers will receive finishing medals.

Awards are awarded three deep in each age group for the 10K & 5K Run/Walk.  Race will be chip-timed and results published by COX RACING SERVICES
